The whole process begins. Throughout a series of conversations initiated by a kickoff meeting we review your objectives and goals by listening and studying your case.
We pay special attention to your needs, the product  environment and the solution that best fits to you and your customers. The goal of this phase is to discover the real need of the expected work, functionality and business processes.

We transform mental representations into reality through symbology. Clients are involved in this part of the process in a revisional way, working together transforming ideas into tangible structures.

This phase starts with a simple implementation of a subset of the requirements and iteratively enhances the evolving versions until the full system is implemented. At each iteration, design modifications are made and new functional capabilities are added. The goal for the design and implementation of any iteration is to be simple, straightforward, and modular, supporting redesign at this stage or as a task added to the project control list.

We make sure to apply the most rigorous standards for Quality Assurance before the launch. All tests take place in a secure environment, and when all of the development is complete we hand off to you for approval and sign off.

Once the product is approved by the client, is ready to meet his users.
